Absolutely nothing, it’s the worst place to be especially in India

The Organisation boast about the culture but is highly unprofessional, biased and racist. They pay you very less, ask you to travel to office, if you say no to Manager “Miriam Magana” they fire you without giving you reasons overnight! There will beno support from anyone. The ER is hand in glove. it would be the most hunting experience joining this compnay and People Management team. Please be extremely caustic is ! Managers expectations were unreasonable and the pressure was on from the beginning. They only care about output, first company where github squares were tracked. Out of all the companies, the only company where I had a toxic experience.
