Dislikes

They expect to work till 3-4 am whenever they want. But they won't compensate. Sometimes working late is okay, but it should not be an everyday practice. They don't appreciate or acknowledge it. No hike. Plus hiring new people with the same experience and paying them 15k more even though I have to fix the work and re-do it. I am leading yet, no acknowledgment or recognition for my work. Plus, they expect to work on weekends as well....Read More
