While the company has a generally positive atmosphere, my experience was quite unsatisfactory. After being promoted to Team Leader, I was unexpectedly demoted within six months and often felt aside. I was excluded from key planning discussions, left to monitor my team while others collaborated behind closed doors. Despite reassurances of future promotions, the treatment I received felt demeaning and disrespectful. Ultimately, i chose to resign for my own well-being.
