Initially the team was great, friendly, inspiring work used to happen, you will get good salary if you can negotiate while getting interviewed.

Dislikes

Sudden change in management and HR policy frequently. Groupism and office politics. Discrimination. Not valuing employees. There is no perks except your salary. worst work environment. The company has no management at all also there are no HR policies. The authorities do whatever they want. They will accuse you falsely and deduct your money from the salary without any reason. Also you have to just beg for your salary every month. Sometimes they gice your salary on 20-25 th of every month and sometimes they just don't give your salary at all for consecutive months. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
