1. This company is being run by a couple named Dr. Satobhisha Mukheree and Rahul Choudhary. 2. Dr. Satobhisha Mukherjee is highly intellectual and has a good sense of business and on the other hand I have never seen a qualified illiterate in this whole world. 3. He is the first person I have seen who keeps on boasting about his Ph.D. and he would even boast small small things of his. He somehow managed to go to Germany and did his Ph.D. from there as there isn't much competition in Germany but had he given the exam of UGC NET, he would have never cleared because he doesn't have that much intellectual level to become a doctorate. He is in the position of Director just because the other Co Founder is really a smart and intellectual woman. 4. Rahul doesn't have even a little sense of business. 5. I have never seen such an insecure person. He keeps on micromanaging the things. 6. Once you join this company, forget about your personal life. This unethical person can call you even at 2:00 AM in the night. 7. The office timing would be 9:30 - 6:30 and if you come late, your half CL will be applied but they can make you wait till 7:30 or 8:00 without any extra pay without even being shameful. If you are deducting salary for being late, you should not dare to call the employees after the office timings. We are not your father's servant. 8. If you ask for the salary hike, then Rahul will react in such a way that you have asked a share in his company. He would not talk to you and behave with you in an improper way. 9. The worst thing due to which you should never join this company is that your future will be destroyed if you join this company. If he terminates you then it is good, but if you leave just because you got a better offer or any such reason, then on the background verification email he will write only negative things about you so that you don't get any job. A note to the directors: We are not your father's servant that you can misbehave with us. If you don't find an employee to be good enough, you can fire him/her. You have no right to shout on an employee. Shouting and using improper words shows your upbringing. Your dad and mom might be using such words when you were young but this means they were uneducated or uncivilized and you might also be the same but we are not. If you have problem, just terminate. Next time if you say a single harsh word, be ready to be face the consequences legally and don't dare to call the employees after 7:00 PM and if you do pay them accordingly. Running a business on your spouse's brain and money is not at all an achievement. Lastly, to the candidates who has got an offer to join the company, I would be honest with you. If you are a fresher, then join but if you are an experienced one and has crossed the basic learning stage, don't go for it even by mistake and for freshers or those who have joined, leave by making a good excuse and don't at all mention that you are to join a different company.
