For me it was a life changing experience. I started with the lowest position and resigned at the highest. Work Culture was amazing which is the core key to personal & career growth. Learning I believe is an induvial thing. You can be a workaholic and learn nothing or you can work for 6 hours a day and learn new stuff everyday. Dislikes

The only thing I felt little disappointing was the appraisal. There is no fixed setup for appraisals.

Work is innovative, exciting and interesting. But it becomes stressful due the pressure of clients but all in all it is a learning experience.
