Nothing, Its the worst organization anyone can work with, there is no job security at all, also they serve you drinks inside the premises and even if you don't wanna drink they force you to drink

Dislikes

The environment is very toxic, far from professionalism, there are comments on women, and on your performance in public, sensitive topics like termination is discussed in public, they ask you about the NUMBER OF BOYFRIEND'S YOU HAVE They expect magic to happen in 3 months, they themself don't have any stability in the org, so muchof gossips, and in terms of business, no recurring business, they barely clos any role, It is very clear that they don't care about basic respect or privacy. The toxic environment took a tole on my mental health and ruined my peace, i used to shake which going to office, because i was so scared to go to office, they shout on their employees and talk in a very demeaning way . they have shut down their contracting and EPS team.
