The crox has a good working environment all the seniors all already to thought you new things. Good environment, great staff overall it's a good company

All the company is good. This thing which I dislike is no recrorginization, lately promoting and increment. No incentive for almost a year

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
