Absolutely nothing. This company has zero values and ethics. The HR team can call anyone at any point of time in a cabin and force to resign. Some people forced to resign during pandemic are now dead due to stress and pressure. Even in past few employees suffered heart attacks and succumbed to death after being terminated. Horrible place to work. They will offer u designation like GM, but after joining u will realise u r the only one in team and no1 under u. Even the VP and GM are involved in calling clients and recovery. Most of their work is done by bribery and u will be expected to liaise for the same. Some employees faced life threats due to beinginvolved in bribery. They compel employees to work through out the maternity period. Stay prepared to work late if you want to prosper. People are always scared of losing jobs. People stick to their seats and pretend to work. The company has no live business other than rents, so everyone else in company is just busy pretending to work. The environment is more like a school.
