- Projects are good and interesting. - Good learning to get versatile over multiple skills.

Dislikes

- No work life balance. - Unrealistic deadlines set for the targets which pressures the resources to work day and night as well as on weekends without compensation. - Poor work culture - Nothing apart from work. - Inexperienced Managers/Leads Who are not able to handle the team hence they just put the pressure on the whole team. Positions are just filled without checking proper eligibility for the designation. - Organization Structure still has to develop in aiding the employees to reach out to right department if there is any issue in the team. - Organization failed to handle Covid situation properly. Employees were forced to be at office during pandemic times....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
