Maybe job security but eventually people move out on their own out of frustration

Dislikes

Lot of office politics and back stabbing Puppet manager fully driven by French counterparts Biased management targetting picked engineers for no reason A gang of few people ruling the company including the Bangalore ECC head 1-2 managers run it like a factory setting asking people to come in case they have taken half day leave No clarity on next work in pipeline French team feels Bangalore is just a cost center and treat it like garbage dump when it comes to work and don't treat people respectfully. The Indian manager also acts like their agent and a puppet Good people are just thrown out of team suddenly The top management is good at making false promises...Read More

Micro management. Bad politics. Doing your work is not enough. Even though you have all the results and all the targets are achieved. Managers easily make it look like you didn't work and is a bad resource even though all the work is finished with positive reviews, if they don't like you. I have heard the same from multiple people who resign the company when I joined. Never thought it was this bad until I experienced it myself. Have also seen people complaint about the same to higher management too, but no changes. I even stopped refering my friends to this company, despite having very good referral bonus....Read More
