We are working from office and there is no social distance in office ..no supprot from company side they never treat like the employees.

No job security in trust rock pvt ltd they terminate any time and peoples are coming and going out they don't care about employees and hr is worst part of company..

The only positive thing about the company is that it gives opportunities to freshers and experienced candidates. They will hire you during this COVID-19 times, so one who is looking for a job or wants to earn at least some considerable income can join TGHY temporarily. Teammates: Do not accept suggestions, rather gets agitated if you try to bring some new idea on the table. Training: No proper way of training(On-boarding). They give a casual process of training for few hours and further one can proceed with work. Job security: Hiring and firing policy is at the peak in this company. Attrition rateis around 50%. You can be asked to put down paper at any point of time with no proper reason. Career growth: Equivalent to NIL in the company. As the management is very less concerned about the company's growth, so if the company is not growing then how can an employee grow. Salary/appraisal: It is moderate. For freshers, it is okay to start with. However, many employees after leaving the company got their salary after a long struggle of one or two months. Travel: N/A. Politics: It is everywhere, even in TGHY. Biased management system is spoiling the company's culture. Learning: One can learn no technical skills or other skill up-gradation programs. Just start your system and start calling the customer's for loan recovery. One can, however, lean many types of foul languages and manipulation skills. Work environment: WFH if given sometimes, then it is a bliss, however, during Work from office, it is a market full of buzzing bees all around shouting at the customers. Innovation: In a micro financing company, the basic innovation structure is already innovated. Better not to innovate anything if you planning to work for long-term. Work-Life balance: No balance at all. Being a Chinese predominant company, there by work life is followed likewise as Chinese working system.
