The good thing is that they do not shy on spending money on employees. You'll have multiple team party funds provided in a same year, diwali gifts, snack parties in the office every month and much more.

Just like other call centers, there's favoritism problem that affects promotion and growth of deserving employees. Some people in the management have autonomy in the process making it difficult for people to raise their voice if something wrong is happening. It was a contractual job and there was no any chance to get permanent. Either after giving excellent interviews they didn't hire for permanent profile... It was just like they are giving opportunity to count on finger tips and they had make sure that nobody get permanent.
