Used to like the culture and the ambience.Good pay as a fresher.

Dislikes

Got a TL who does not give a da*n for his team members.Getting treated like sl*ves and not being valued for our work. Your communication skills does not help you at all.But if you r lucky enough to come by some good customers who will give you good surveys you are saved. Initial days are good and soon enough you will be treated likeTr*sh. No job security at all.You will never know when you will be terminated. For the reason that they can't find a good reason to kick you out, they will make things up to show the client the reason for which they r kicking you out. Met some good people and some worst ones with a inappropriate attitudes....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
