There is no life. I have seen lots of partiality and gender differences which is done by the Management. They give promotion to those who are their spoons and they do dictatorship as well. Many employees leave that job due to bad treat with them. They do harrasment as well.

Working culture is very pathetic, unnessary formations, senior are not supportive. Events and functions get organised for HR only they do not allow the process operational employee to be a part of events.
