Teleperformance has been a great plateform to start, from it's work environment to ever associate I met were all good and so friendly. Also, it gives proper opportunities for people to grow.

Dislikes

Even ut gives opportunities to grow, but it totally depends on the management whether they want you for that profile or not. Doesn't matter how hard you have worked for it or how good you gave the interview, they decide the outcome of the interview before even the interview starts. And, that's a minus point for the company.

I joined there for another process then got shifted to another process, well that is not a problem but the problem is when you join this company you are told that you will not allow any leaves in 3 months of training, we got shifted to the other process after 2 months of joining, now in the new process again we are not allow to take leaves for 3 months, well this is horrible

Company Policies which should not be there because all are driven by the EC team, the team which think they can do anything to anyone, they don't know that there is also a life outside office. May god bless them

Everything, they just want their chat and voice target to be completed, employee may die but they don't care, they put fake allegations of fraud and non compliance activity on agent without any proof, thinking that they are the ceo, worst company to work, advise not to join there, social life and body physically as well as menatlly will be totally destroyed

Pathetic work life, just go there and work and come home, that's all, politics in all managment, manager their think that they are some oxford graduate and superhuman, treating agents like a machine.

Well TP organization is one of the best place for do your dream job with the appropriate environment as well. I worked 6 month in TP too. Along with that, I always seen a elder brother in my TL means he really support a lot to theirs team members.
