i dont know why people post negative reviews about tp ,its just like another company ,work pressure is everywhere , i found everything was up to the mark except the shift timings , i did not find anything wrong ,

I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Everything.. ! No ethics at all! Abusive work flow, even operations mangers dosent care about his abusive language towards employees! They will eat your salary incentives and doest pay you much! What to say.. fully non compliance!!
