Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company.
