HR management is good but recruited is bribing
Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Everything. They fire people without any prior notice. They promoted people but provide them a temporary position. You have to do work as a Team leader but they are providing zero increment and when the temporary period is done. They will permenent only those people who are their family favourites or give them some kind of extra thing and the hard working person will suffer.
