HR management is good but recruited is bribing

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

Very bad office politics My husband is suffering from various health issues Weekends are also working overall 24 hours if employee works still work load is very high Managers keep bullying people working under them Very bad culture

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I like nothing about TP its a places with Officials having a mentality to abuse and misuse there hierachy. A PLACE FULL OF POLITICS if you raise a ticket against anyone due to there bad behaviour the whole floor will make you pay for it even the hr who should help also will threaten to remove the ticket

I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.

I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Salaries are not justified. Hr & Ec team might not be in your favor all times If a scenario gets escalated you can expect the closure as an action

Nothing. Its was my biggest mistake. Firstly they hire you and keep asking you to work and few moths later they ill throw you out.

Everything.. ! No ethics at all! Abusive work flow, even operations mangers dosent care about his abusive language towards employees! They will eat your salary incentives and doest pay you much! What to say.. fully non compliance!!
