Working at TP is worse. I don't know on what basis they hire HR. But TP is not an employee-centric company.
Dislikes
They are deducting medical forcefully when an employee doesn't even want that policy coz this deduction is optional in MNCs. They just have criteria for promotion after 9 months but they, in reality, believe in external hiring and don't pay out good salaries to promoted people or to new joiners(advisors) who are experienced. As per their tagline which is" work is fun", work is not fun in TP, hr only click poses to post. Cafeteria food is unhygienic, too costly, and doesn't even have a healthy meal to eat. If the employee is dying, they just don't care, have medical room but if you want to go there and take a rest so first, you need to search for your supervisor to mark a mail to admin for that. They don't even have criteria for medical leaves too....Read More

Not getting cab facility and no night allowance, overtime but it's totally depend on process so be selective while giving interview for a process and also if you get a chance to get incentive or overtime then you will receive it after 3 to 4 month so then no need of it !
One more problem is about increments 🤣🤣🤣don't hope about it
