I had supportive manager, offenly skill development programme was organised by management, my manager used to teach new thing's which he learnt and used to share his experience. To manage the work life without getting bored many extra curricular activities were conducted, most of the employees are very professional which was very good to work with and mainly I had work satisfaction.
