I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.
Salaries are not justified. Hr & Ec team might not be in your favor all times If a scenario gets escalated you can expect the closure as an action

Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.
Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. If not then that IJP would be cancel and fresh IJP would be roll out for them only. There are plenty of mis-management that even if I write whole day then also time would be less....Read More

I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.
I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
