Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. More than 70% people working are rude and CORRUPT. Worst people u could work with, very selfish. There are good people but very few from my experience mostly women dont know why, men are so rude and behave so badly i dont believe how is that even possible in a mnc. Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.
What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am.
