I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.

Dislikes

Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

Basically when you got sick company doesn't give leave and if you are not coming when you are sick they force you to come office by saying if you don't come your salary will be hold.

Yes I really dislike feedback because i have complete my resignation but after my resignation my amcc and accm Mr. Prany kotiya and Mr. Adhar mark supl so cut my salry and I have submit I'd card in bhr cabin but no mail sent for my amcc and accm side so cut my salry such a face very bad situation

I don't know about the company but i believe it will be good but I know about my team and that is the worst team i have ever worked with.. the team leader is so biased that if you butter her then she will allow u uncountable half days, uncountable break and if you finish ur break then she will give you tl break and numerous benifitsbit if you fail you butter her or do as she says then she will intentionally haras you like cancel your 2 months before planned leaves, throwing water on your face or intentionally asking every other employees not to talk to you and if they talk to you then she will also do the same to you....Read More

I know the process and I don’t want to quit because of my friends as they all are working with me.

The payroll is very low according to work. As other companies provide good payroll and this is the main reason that tenure’s choose to quit the job after few months as other companies pay them with 33K ctc plus extra 1500 for cab expenses. Team leaders do not know how to handle agents in the work load. They just target some agents in front of manager’s for getting promotions. The culture there, the seniors there, the clients there looked at all the agents as a laborer, agent means he is a strong person who needs money, that's why he is working. Nothing This company is just trash.

Everything. They fire people without any prior notice. They promoted people but provide them a temporary position. You have to do work as a Team leader but they are providing zero increment and when the temporary period is done. They will permenent only those people who are their family favourites or give them some kind of extra thing and the hard working person will suffer.

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Everything, except of salary on time , the work culture, work life balance, work load everything was ridiculous, they extend shifts 2 hours and in the name of overtime 100rs they provide fr 1 hour, very disappointed with TP
