I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.
Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

I know the process and I don’t want to quit because of my friends as they all are working with me.
The payroll is very low according to work. As other companies provide good payroll and this is the main reason that tenure’s choose to quit the job after few months as other companies pay them with 33K ctc plus extra 1500 for cab expenses. Team leaders do not know how to handle agents in the work load. They just target some agents in front of manager’s for getting promotions. I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.
I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
