You won't get the incentive which you deserve because seniors will give you one reason or the other and take your incentive tor themselves. No incentive plan. You can't take Paid Leaves according to your needs. Working hard don't pays off. They give you any one day weekoff rather than your choices. You have to come office rather than you are sick or unable to move.
