No any work related training for new joiners, no any updates regarding changes in organization,So much politics, can't take leave when you need them, sometime had to work overtime if you are not coming from office cab, without getting extra paid.

Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... Harasses employees mentally. Very poor work culture, managers, ACCM, MO and higher top management only likes chamchagiri and very bad favouritism culture is all over there. Kpi's are only met by the managers chamcha's. In the name of increment they will increase just a Rs.500 or Rs.1000 after 1 year. Run away if you don't spoil your life.

Tbh don't ever join teleperformance and if you are going in the sales process then please it's a big NO. You won't get the incentive which you deserve because seniors will give you one reason or the other and take your incentive tor themselves. Trust me guys don't ever go there, they will treat you like a majdoor!

The work process is easy. After some time u become bored of this same work everyday and also there is no incentive based on your good work.

No incentive plan. You can't take Paid Leaves according to your needs. Working hard don't pays off. They give you any one day weekoff rather than your choices. You have to come office rather than you are sick or unable to move.

Manager jiten pandit he only flirts with the girls and have zero knowledge about the process .they used to take week off preferences but the WFM team didn’t give off on that particular date,it not only happened once ,it happens each and every time .The worst management / process ever to work for.
