Since, it's been 16 good months in this organization I felt safe in the position and didn't fear about my job loss. The process doesn't have scope currently in the market. I personally had faced challenges to apply to other companies based on the experience of this process. It's been 16 months and no discussions were made with my team on the salary increment. It was quiet challenging for me in the first 3 months which was training . As the days passed I interacted with my team and TLs and asked them to guide me. And they did that.

What I liked in teleperformance is the way they handle the work, work culture, work life balance, as we were working on client's side that had an amazing infrastructure, cafeteria, hangout places, and alot of memories of course, will definitely will miss working their.

Work is not recognised, no appreciation, less career growth, less hike in appraisals, less interaction with the management, less contact with HR, no friendliness with the team, the only reason I came out of the company is because of they don't pay the ones who work in the company from long time rather they'll hire people from outside and pay triple the package who are working tirelessly to the company</mark>. Management is not transparent. Very small cafeteria. It doesn't even look like cafeteria. No gaming arcade for chilling. Appraisals are not at all fair. Literally 0.25% hike which is approximately zero only and no bonuses ever neither on big festivities nor on any achievements.

It's been 3 years as a teleperformance employee and still on almost same CTC joined with 2LPA. No annual hike is there in the organization specially in Hyderabad branch. With two years appraisal I've got a hike of 12000INR (6000INR/yr). Doesn't even matches with the current life inflation rate to live a life. Not being approved the leaves. Need to beg for a single leave. I have leave balance of almost 40 days. What to do with that. The organization is making us work for extra hours as an example we are supposed to work for 90% of utilisation/time i.e 6.75 hours but we are forced to work for 7.5 hours on daily basis. No gifts/bonuses on big Indian festivities. And the organization didn't even rewarded us as I had became winner for the competitions they taken. So overall bad experience till now....Read More
