Everything no support management is not at all supportive I was hired for work from home and then I was asked to come to office and I needed one support from the company but they denied and now they are threatening me abscond me and director of the process is very much rude and egocentric person.

All .the company hr recruitment team doesn't tell about mediclaim deduction in papers. After joining only you come to know about this which they inform in induction. So no transparency from hr recruitment team.

HR management is good but recruited is bribing

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

You won't get the incentive which you deserve because seniors will give you one reason or the other and take your incentive tor themselves. The work process is easy. After some time u become bored of this same work everyday and also there is no incentive based on your good work.

No incentive plan. You can't take Paid Leaves according to your needs. Working hard don't pays off. They give you any one day weekoff rather than your choices. You have to come office rather than you are sick or unable to move.
