Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

The job security is good.
The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. The work process is easy. After some time u become bored of this same work everyday and also there is no incentive based on your good work.
