HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. If not then that IJP would be cancel and fresh IJP would be roll out for them only. There are plenty of mis-management that even if I write whole day then also time would be less....Read More

The wrost HR and the IT team. they took 5 days for simple updation of the software that led me to come to the team on regular basis just to sit and listen to theier excuses. No one takes responsibility its bad than the government hospital. please try to gain more skill and find any other organization 🙏
