HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.
What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am. Nothing is good. Nothing if you are working, also, they will mark us unpaid leave and the attendance is not automatic. It’s manual and the WFM team. It’s worst, especially there is a guy called Himanshu. I think he have two daddies.
