Everything. They fire people without any prior notice. They promoted people but provide them a temporary position. You have to do work as a Team leader but they are providing zero increment and when the temporary period is done. They will permenent only those people who are their family favourites or give them some kind of extra thing and the hard working person will suffer.

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Nothing is there worst management worst team leader, worst man, they won’t even give you salary
Nothing is good. Nothing if you are working, also, they will mark us unpaid leave and the attendance is not automatic. It’s manual and the WFM team. It’s worst, especially there is a guy called Himanshu. I think he have two daddies.

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

More than 70% people working are rude and CORRUPT. Worst people u could work with, very selfish. There are good people but very few from my experience mostly women dont know why, men are so rude and behave so badly i dont believe how is that even possible in a mnc. Is it still mnc or scam center? All i ever heard was dont expect anything just be happy if you even receive your salary on time or ever.
