Teleperformance management lacks corporation regarding leave requests, requiring detailed explanation for urgent matters. Accidentally, the salary is below expectations and despite raising complaints about pay discrepancies, there has been no action taken to address my concern.

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend

The work culture is bad and specifically abt ijp rolled out they give to people they know who is working there for many years and no appraisal and salary is very less for all the roles that’s there . Hr over there is a problem creator and it is not employee centric at all. Not good environment to work. A very dirty place to work

Teleperformance is well known company and I was happy to work in the company. My maximum experience was fantastic with TP.

I dislike the management of Teleperformance. Their is no any management for employee care. HR and EC department are not able to take any decisions in favor of employees. All the department are dependent on higher managers, who are doing partiality and favourtism with the employees according to their religion. After giving of 6 years of loyalty and stability to the company, I'm facing issue of racism, disrespect, managers showing down to sikh religion and comments on character. They always want to go on trips with female employees, but after denying them they doing all the things which impacted on professional life. There was not any plan to leave the company but managers giving lots of mental stress everyday by saying alots of inappropriate and unprofessional words. So at the end I'm forced by them to resign. Their is no any right to speak about these issue, because their is no rule against the management. Also they are not paying for overtime what employees did as per business requirements, which is totally against the labor law. Now they are creating problems in full & final settlement. I just want fair decisions on all of the above and want to clear my overtime and final settlement along with experience letter....Read More

People over there are so pathetic, they keep hiring and firing associates certainly because they dont know how to interview the candidates. They take everyone and when the defaulters start giving shrinkage they dont take action against them and the team leads has to deal with the consequences. There are few leadership who needs to sit and think what are they doing,there is no professionalism and biased culture however not all process or managers are like that but there are managers who are womanisers and also borrow money from junior level showing their authority

So far nothing in 2 years. No work culture, abusive environment, bully old vintage people, hopeless amd low esteem peers. Committed bonus is not paid, unrealistic expectations. Hire people with fake and unprofessional promises. Withdrawn cabs once someone joins in

Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted…….
