Management : Poor and it will be always till there are people who think that they run this company and only there favorite people has to stay here only they can take growth.
There is huge gab between upper management and root level management. Very bad culture of few operations n senior operation level management of biased nature. Lots of things to speak and tell but i know it will not make any point or difference for a gaint company like you....Read More
