Job security : Yes Work Culture : Good Management : Poor and it will be always till there are people who think that they run this company and only there favorite people has to stay here only they can take growth. There is no job security.. I'm jobless bcuz of teleperformance.. They give wrong commitment to the employees.... Environment was good..
