I started working because it was covid then and they were providing work from home. The salary was terrible. They deduct from that you. In the starting they were giving leaves and it was 5 days working alternatively but then they made it 6 days working . Also there is no appraisal or promotions. There is a cafetaria and some arcade games to play and chill.
Everything is good in the company cafetaria, facilities, work profile, work satisfaction but the management of the process of vistara is very bad. The current manager is the worst manager. I have worked for around 3 years in majorel india pvt. Ltd.., situated in gurgoan.The current manager and team leader ruchika talwar and vivek singh are the worst supervisors i have worked with in my career till now. One of The reasons i left the company was because they were so negative and demotivating seniors. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.
I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
