You will have to leave your self respect outside the company. And of course, forget about your mental peace. The environment is very toxic and management is never friendly and not helpful. The security staff will treat you like a prisoner facing some serious charges. Also the Hebbal office space and cafeteria is very unhygienic. Rats and pegeon infestation is a common sight here. Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Everything.. ! No ethics at all! Abusive work flow, even operations mangers dosent care about his abusive language towards employees! They will eat your salary incentives and doest pay you much! What to say.. fully non compliance!!
