In the very first month (June 2020) , I observed that the company is taking all the safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. But as the time passed the situation became worst. A corona positive case is found on our floor (7th floor , Teleperformance, Mansarover, Jaipur) on 6th august and they say that they have sanitized the whole building on 9th august. But the environment is not suitable to work at all. The admin says that they are taking a proper care of cleanliness in the building but it is not being followed but they themselves don’t wear masks. The washrooms gets dirty, please spit in the elevator and plant pots, the guard standing at the main gate spits just outside the building and there are marks too, cafeteria is full of mosquitoes and rats. People on the floor do not wear masks all the time. Other than the infection, there is politics going on the floor. People who doesn’t have any experience in the BPO field , becomes support and L2. Also, I am not able to check my payslip from past 1.5 months. 2 salaries have been credited to my account but I am not able to check it because the Zing HR is not working. I need to reach out to every department needed (operations, payroll, employee care ) several times to help me with this but it seems that it is of no use. I can not raise a ticket for this as The systems on the floor are not configured for the link of TPRMS and it does not works. From past 2 months they are telling us that they have escalated this issue and soon you will be able to use TPRMS . We have 4 elevators in the building, out of which only 2 are functioning from past 15 days and from last one week there is only 1 in function. Everything is very much messed up .
