There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. Salary, shifts, work life balance nothing is provided as promised and they say they are employee centric company but whenever you raise any queries the HRs don't even bother to check the problems you are facing they just say their signature statement 'as per policy'.
