Boses, unreasonable rules e.g. you need to carry a transperant water bottle which is ridiculous, often changing organization Structure
Multiple projects, huge team size. Boses would shift an efficient manager very often on projects which are in trouble and new managers with high salaries will often just sit and watch

There is job security in TP
Almost everything. They don't allow female employees to leave office premises between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot. There are many more things that if TP changes, then it can become a good company. Like if it becomes an employee centric company, instead of client centric, people will love to work there...Read More

It's good for freshers and not for experience.
