The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics

Everything, except of salary on time , the work culture, work life balance, work load everything was ridiculous, they extend shifts 2 hours and in the name of overtime 100rs they provide fr 1 hour, very disappointed with TP

Nothing is good. Nothing if you are working, also, they will mark us unpaid leave and the attendance is not automatic. It’s manual and the WFM team. It’s worst, especially there is a guy called Himanshu. I think he have two daddies.

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

More than 70% people working are rude and CORRUPT. Worst people u could work with, very selfish. There are good people but very few from my experience mostly women dont know why, men are so rude and behave so badly i dont believe how is that even possible in a mnc. Is it still mnc or scam center? All i ever heard was dont expect anything just be happy if you even receive your salary on time or ever. My advice even if you get a good package dont join go for lower package somewere else if you have an option you will save your soul. Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.

What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am.
