They promise something else and do something else later. They buy you in cheap rate and make you work like hell. No way to complain about annoying TL no use complaining about all these. Extending shift named as pre shift and post shift where they do nothing. You join as a part time where theymake it as a full time eating your 2 hours in pre and post shift where they'll just gossip with each other</mark>. It should be like get paid for the hours you're committed for. Why don't the company pay us extra for the hours we spend in pre and post shift.
