Good work environment and culture.Teammates & Boss are supportive , company's products are good with competent price ,they give salary & clear expanses on right time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is average but career growth is slow & they don't give salary hike & bonus every year, company's policies are not good for sustain the business because it's very frequently change resulted business has to be suffer.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same time

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
