I wanted to share my Experience working at Techwave, and I must say it has been one of the most challenging and unpleasant professional environment I've encountered. The management style and overall work culture are deeply problematic. The management lacks the basic sense of professionalism and empathy need to lead a team effectively. If you work under Vishweshwar, you can forget about having any semblance of work-life balance. He expects employee to work for 18 hours a day, including saturdays and sundays, without any consideration for their personal lives. To make matters worse, he frequently schedules calls at unreasonable hours, such as midnight, even for women employees, and uses offensive and unprofessional language during meetings. Subbaraju another manager, doesn't care about the quality of work or the well-being of his team. His focus seems to be entirely on his own survival in the organization. Then there's Venu Gopal who is perhaps the concerning. He appears to have no basic understanding of project development or client management instead his focus lies on micromanaging and worse allegedly using his position to harass women employees , his behavior towards employees completely unprofessional. The work environment as a whole is incredibly toxic, Employees are constantly overworked and the stress frequently leads to health issues. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of support from the HR team.They seem to exist solely to protect management interests, treating employees as nothing more than billable resources.if you try to raise any concerns or report inappropriate behavior, the HR team doesn't listen or act on the complaints. Worse speaking up often leads to retaliation, such as being laid off. This makes it clear that the company prioritizes its managers over the well-being of its employees. The most disappointing part is that all of this happens under the leadership of Chandra and the higher management.It's hard to say whether they are unaware of these issues or chosse to remain silent but either way, it reflects poorly on the orgranization's values and priorities...Read More

The Top level management is excellent and they frequently connect across the team, that is managing upward and downward. Techwave always spends time on R&D and allocated budget on new technologies to assess, through which it caters their customers very well in suggesting a right tool for their problem. Work life balance, this changes from team to team purely depends on the frontline managers.
Job security, when I say about this it doesn’t mean you will be fired anytime, a proper feedback, 360 degree evaluation is not clear due to which there will be lack of feedback due to which the resource will feel pigeon holed.
