Everything about Techwave culture, growth opportunities and management are great. There are policies which have to be more effective but on the overall it's has a great potential to become a key player in consulting.

Dislikes

A little bit of human connect is lacking from management on issues. I may just nitpicking a bit here. Nothing to complain about in particular.

Seriously each and everything. Its been 2 months, and still no Payslips. Leads managers can connect from Home but resources needs to take leave if we want to do WFH. Very strict time lines, if login hours are less even for 5min, then half day LOP gone. If timesheet is not submitted for 2days, 2 leaves will deduct, no other option too.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
