This Techno Task is a very fraudulent company.  We worked in this for a month.  When our one month was about to complete, they cheated us.  Cheaters in such a way that their center was Rajnandgaon and today's headquarters of Techno Task is situated in Bhopal and along with being situated in Bhopal, they had told us that the work youwill do will be  You will get one month's money for the work.  Apart from this, we asked for offer letter but did not get it.  We said that it is okay, if there is no offer letter then there is no problem.  We did not break any of their policies and we followed all their instructions.  We have heard that last when it came to taking our salary, they told us about a policy whose name is ZTP and we all were unaware about it.  It was written in the policy that if you do any work and do not do it properly, you will be fired.  When we had asked about this policy earlier also, he did not tell us what this policy is for, so he did not tell us anything at that time.  Finally, when it came to salary, they adopted this policy to fire us and by adopting this policy, we were all refused to work and when they tried to throw us out, we demanded our salary.  So they blocked our number and fraud with us.  After working for a month, did not give anything and committed fraud in this way.  So just because I and all of us spoke this way, they did this to us. Everyone have a different experience in her work life but i have good experience with work in technotask mainly senior group and that's things want every employee because if her senior support him so no one any thing his really I get support from my everyone senior

One good thing about the office was that the environment was good, the team leader was friendly and the trainers and all the support staff were good.

Dislikes

But there the salary was less according to the work or there were many agents who worked for the company for many years but were not promoted further or the new ones were promoted on the basis of their work.

One thing that I like most is interacting with customers and making them feel good with my assurance and convincing power. I used to feel really great when the customer was satisfied to me. Interacting with customers in a positive way, I like the most in Technotask business solutions.

Dislikes

Honestly what I hate the most in Technotask is the way they treat their Employees. There is no satisfactory incriment in the salary. Your hard work and honesty is truly not appropriate in Technotask and if you make any mistake by any chance you've a huge risk at your job. The salary is not satisfactory.

Company doesn’t care about there employees and all the seniors and seniors of senior are same not responding to any grievance.Salary not getting timely disbursed and deduct without any reason .Manager And assistant manager not take responsibility . This company make use of the employees and after there motive fulfills they don’t give salary and force them to leave the job
