Nothing I liked about it. They will call you for one job profile and will give you another job profile. Also, they won't pay you properly

Work Details

They have called me for the position of digital marketing analyst but afterwards given me BDE job role. Also, in the name of the training for digital marketing they charged me heavy amount of money but have provided nothing in return

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
