Good work environment, friendly team. Very cooperative management and admin/hr. Salary on time. Sometimes company provides outing/movie.

Dislikes

A little work pressure. U can't find new technologies here for carrier growth.

Give opportunity for onsite/ overseas travel of project implementation. i got such opportunity twice with year after joining. Gives changes to work with new technology and ideas. Juniors comments are also considered equally in project discussion including deadlines. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
