First of all these management guys have zero idea about what is going on there, constant late salaries and atlast this startup is bankrupted and now is working with out a permanent office, laid off 90% of work force didn't even PAY THEM ! Being an ex employee my due is still pending after 6 months after I left this company.People are going to labour court for recovering their money from this scumbags...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
