Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors.
