As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. He haras people who he don't want his team, where one of my friend got so frusted and he was upto doing sucide. Tech mahindra should check about him.. Learning is good. Technically you will gain good knowledge.

Dislikes

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.
